Mentees

Feedback from Mentors: Empowering Mentees for Success

According to Merriam-Webster, a mentee is “a person who is advised, trained, or counselled by a mentor”.
The benefits of having a mentor are far-reaching, which is why it’s something that so many people will seek in their academic and professional endeavors.
With a mentor, mentees benefit from feedback. Mentors can provide feedback for anything a mentee does, from drafting a cover letter for a job or asking a mentor about how they reacted in a trying situation. All of this feedback combines to make the mentee a better and more confident person who is capable of overcoming challenges alone. .
